Terms of Service

OfferAlly is operated by Clarity Ledger Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16321734). By creating an account or using the website and desktop software, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

OfferAlly is a Windows communication and preparation assistant. It supports job profiles, prepared question and answer banks, draft generation, tests of the assistant and contextual suggestions for permitted conversations. A question bank is optional. Without one, the assistant generates answers from the question and available profile context. The mock interview uses saved or sample questions to test the assistant; it does not grade or coach your spoken answers. Online generation and transcription require internet access.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download and use the software. You must not share license keys, bypass access controls, abuse the service or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

2. Permitted use

Use live assistance only where the interviewer or meeting organizer allows it. Obtain any consent required for audio capture, transcription and sharing information with service providers. Follow the laws and platform, employer and interview rules that apply to your situation.

Do not use OfferAlly to deceive others about your abilities, fabricate your experience or conceal assistance that is prohibited. You are responsible for checking and correcting AI output. We do not guarantee employment, interview success, accuracy or invisibility during screen sharing or recording.

3. Credits and payments

• New accounts receive 10 trial credits. No payment card is required for the trial.
• The current public offer is £19 GBP for 300 credits, paid once. Credits from this offer do not expire. There is no recurring subscription.
• One new AI generation uses one credit, including a draft bank request. Listening, idle time and direct reuse of an existing prepared answer do not consume generation credits.
• All charges are in GBP. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion fees.
• Historic Basic, Beta or Pro purchases remain identifiable in billing records. Refer to the terms and entitlement recorded at the time of your purchase; the current offer does not create a new subscription.

Credit availability and usage are shown in your account. Contact support if you believe a charge is incorrect. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud or license sharing.

4. Refunds

Eligible purchases whose paid entitlement remains entirely unused can be refunded. Refund requests are handled only by email to info@offer-ally.com. Include your account email address, purchase reference and reason for the request. The unused-entitlement refund policy does not apply once paid AI credits have been consumed or the purchase has already been refunded. Contact support for a disputed charge or service problem. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.

5. Data and local preparation

Your local profiles and history are your responsibility to back up. Deleting a profile, removing local settings or uninstalling the app may remove preparation stored on your device. The Privacy Policy explains provider processing, optional history, response retention and cookie choices.

6. Availability and accuracy

AI and transcription output can be incomplete or incorrect. Service availability depends on your device, connection and service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer protections.

7. Account termination and affiliates

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to the service or others. Affiliate rewards may be withheld or reversed for fraudulent referrals, self-referrals or abuse of promotional codes. The affiliate dashboard describes the current program.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers in their country of residence.
