Welcome to OfferAlly. By using our website and desktop software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

OfferAlly provides real-time interview coaching support through speech processing and language model output.

1.5 Software License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to download and use the OfferAlly Windows application. You strictly agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or stealth mechanisms of the Software.

2. Acceptable Use and Liability

OfferAlly is a personal communication and coaching aid. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to recording, transcription, or monitoring communications in your location.

This includes two-party consent and similar requirements under UK and international recording laws.

You are also solely responsible for compliance with third-party platform rules and employer interview policies (including Teams, Zoom, HireVue, and similar services).

OfferAlly disclaims liability for any disqualification, disciplinary action, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the software.

3. Credits and Payments

OfferAlly uses a pay-per-generation credit model.

• One generated framework consumes one credit.
• Basic/Beta credits expire 30 days after purchase.
• Pro credits do not expire for the account lifetime.
• Affiliate Commissions: We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or cancel affiliate commission payouts if we suspect fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or abuse of the promotional code system.

Purchases are non-refundable after credit usage begins due to immediate third-party API cost.

License keys are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend access for detected abuse or sharing.

4. Availability and Accuracy

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output accuracy.

OfferAlly is not liable for technical interruptions, transcription errors, or interpretation outcomes during interviews.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, misuse, or behavior harmful to OfferAlly or others.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
